Business Process Re-engineering

Business process reengineering (BPR) is an approach to guide management to fundamentally redesign various tasks which are required to obtain a specific business outcome. A main objective of BPR is to analyze workflows within and between enterprises in order to optimize end-to-end processes and eliminate those tasks which do not create any value to clients. We assess the existing internal control of organization and based on actual practical possibility, we suggest revised process to achieve specific organization goal within time frame as set by management.
