Chartered AccountantCA. Bhavin Doshi is a FCA having experience of more than 12 years of practice in the area of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Bank Audits, Government Audits, Consultancy to Foreign Clients, NRI Clients, Due Diligence in M&A deals, Post allotment audit of Listing company etc.
CA. Bhavin Doshi has served one of the Nationalized Bank in position of Credit officer & Branch head.
His core competency is in Business Process Re-engineering, Drafting SOP, Consultancy and Compliance practice of Internal Audit of Corporates, Due Diligence of Target Company in M&A deal.

Darshita Sanghvi
Chartered AccountantShe has a experience of more than 12 years in consultancy to foreigner and NRI Clients which includes US Taxation, International Taxation, FEMA, Tax Planning and consultancy on double tax treaty.
She’s has vide experience of consulting NRI Client in preparing workings of USA taxation which includes preparing necessary annexure to Form 8938 (FATCA), Annexure to form FinCEN 114 (FBAR), Form 5471, Form 8865 and such other relevant form of IRS.
She has also handled assignments under FEMA regulations regarding transfer / remittance of funds from NRO A/c, application for External Commercial Borrowings, Application for Compounding and tax planning for company availing foreign Investment.
